Turbo-Motors, Turbo-Propeller, And Turbo-Reactor

You hearing loud noise on the sky, attract your attention. You left up your head and you take a look. What you see
is airplane, helicopter is an object with wings flying on the sky. And we ask our self how that airplane is flying so high. Is not the wings make that airplane fly so high, is the engine make it possible for that airplane to take off and land back in the ground. Long time a go someone try to invent away to fly using only wings, but he can’t fly. He has the idea, but he can’t fly because he need an engine. The engine and our heart they have same function. Your vehicle without engine you can’t drive it. Airplane or Helicopter with no engine can’t fly high altitude. Bird with wings and no heart, how is going to fly ?. Us without heart how we survive. If you looking after your health you should look after you car engine health too. The airplane maintenance is per hours not per kilometers, of flight that why can fly for long distance and high altitude. Maintenance for your car is important to you to save money don’t wait for the big break down to happen.
Before I start working on cars, I knew only this 3 types of turbos. Turbo-Motor, Turbo-Propeller, and Turbo-Reactor. This 3 turbos are used in airplane and helicopter.
Turbo Propeller Description
This type of engines are using some quantity of chemical energy created by detonation of hot gas turbine, which is used to drive the propeller. The rest of other energy is used to produce the reactive force. The reactive force function is to produce an extra power added at the propeller for the airplane taxiway. There are two types of turbo propellers turbines, one is consist of free-turbine on other join-turbine. On my next subject I explain to you what is the difference between this turbines. The propeller is mounted in the front of the turbo-propeller engine, and is situated on the front of the airplane if this one have only one engine. If an airplane has two or four engines, are mounted under the wings in each side of the airplane. Example: Beechcraft King Air, Cessna, T34, C130.
The gas turbine deliver mechanical energy on the shaft permitting an entrainment for receptor. An air admission captured with negligible speed. The gas energy speed is used and the detonation is exploited for maximum energy. The gas turbine energy produce an energy using this components ( Admission- Compressor- Combustion Chamber). This type of turbo-motor engine is used for helicopters.The turbo motor use two types of turbines, one is consist of free-turbine an other one join-turbine. I will come back for more details on this types of turbines.
Turbo Reactor Description
The turbo is open on both extremities where it meets interior to the rear.
Admission – compressor – combustion chamber – turbine -and escape.
An air admission the mass of air to the front of the compressor and creates the first compression of air, the choice of the admission is dictated by the location of the turbo reactor on the plane. This depends on the speed and the altitude of a flight and on which flight is going to be used , commercial airliner or the military. The form or shape of the admission must be studied because of the value of the movement, the operation of the turbo reactor, the trainee external and shock waves. There are different types and location can be used that depend of the speed of the plane.
Absorbing, accelerating and compressing a rate enough raises the mass of air. There is the compressor centrifugal and the compressor axial. The centrifugal can be a simple front or double front and is used for the reactors small and medium movement.
Description of the compressor
The front wheel
Channels the vein fluid into the rotor and it is made of alloy Leger or steel.
Comprises of blades which accelerates the vein fluid and creates the first compression. It is made by Alloy Leger
It forms a colon around the rotor. Speed the air is inferior to the pressure generated
Chamber of combustion
In the combustion chamber there’s a transformation of the energy chemical to an energy calorific, they are injectors mounted for the firing.
Change the energy of gases burnt into mechanical energy, its turns the compressor and the accessories. There are two types of turbine One for action and an other one for reaction.
Turbine action in which all the detonation happens in the stator. The turbine in reaction to a bit of detonation takes place in the stator and the other in the rotor.
This is a fixed section that turns gases from the turbine to the propulsive .This is a general action in the middle of a canal ejection. It is made up of an escape extension, cone and escape tail which is to turn the energy of heat and pressure to speed. The extension transforms the outflow annular to outflow circular. It forms an envelope exterior, a cone interior attached with arms. The escape is cylindrical and it attached to the escape extension tail. The escape tail purpose is to accelerate the gases to the shape of the convergent to a stable section. Alternatively, from convergent to divergent for section variable.
