Defective or wrong spark plugs.Overheating or localised (hot spots).Lugging due to continuous low RPM/high throttle opening driving habits. Misfiring or cross-firing caused by defect in ignition system.

The remedies To solve this problems
– Set air /fuel mixture and ignition timing to correct specifications.
– Correct cooling system defect.
– Check compression ratio and the fuel grade and match up or correct.
– Use correct pistons for application.
– Replace cracked or suspect ignition system components.
– Correct bad driving habits or engine overloading.
Severe Ring Wear:
Acceleration side wear of top compression rings,(Other rings may be effected to a lesser degree). Your car engine going to have high consumption of oil and loss of power.To solve this problem,ensure that the carburation is correct, that the choke is not abused or sticking. That the manifold raw fuel drain is clear, the air filter is not blocked or chocked,and that, whenever possible, the engine, once started from cold attains full working temperature before being switch off, thus preventing fuel condensing in the cylinders.Do not pump the trottle when the carburator is fitted with an accelerator pump.
Vertical seizure or scufffing damage in narrow bands located at corners on either of the piston skirt thrust/non-thrust. Caused by insufficient operating clearance. Cold engine overload. Engine overheat. Piston distorted during assembly. Tight pin fit.
The fault you going to have is power loss.The piston slap blow by and oil consumption.
The solution and remedies is to check and correct piston operating clearance specification. Ensure adequate precaution are adopted for warm-up and running-in procedures.You check and correct reasons for overheating . Ensure that the piston distortion,or disturbance of the pin fit specifications does not occur during assembly onto con-rod. Replace damaged pistons.
